Run With Kate is exactly what it says in the name, it is my guide to getting you on your fitness journey. I will be giving advice on running techniques, fitness workouts, eating healthily, and what clothes you can wear for your own personal workout style.

Many people underestimate the power of exercise and its positive effects on our whole body, so I hope this blog gives you some clarity on how you can get fitter and healthier.
I’m the Kate behind Run With Kate and I am coming up to 33-years-old. I live with my fiance and two dogs in a flat in London.
I have been a huge running enthusiast from a young age and have raced in 3 marathons, and quite a few handfuls of 10k and 5k races. I love the rush it gives me and that sense of achievement that gives you the motivation to get up the next day!
I promise that once you adapt your lifestyle and live cleaning and healthier you will never want to go back. You will prefer to pick up an apple than a cookie, or make y0urself a salad then scran on a burger (not to say I don’t eat a cookie or burger now and again!).
